Data Analyst

S3 Comply empowers people, process, and technology to assist Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturers in complying with the Physician Payment Sunshine Act and numerous US state and international guidelines and regulations.  S3 routinely seeks motivated, entry-level professionals to serve in a data analyst role.  The data analyst will be responsible for reviewing, researching, analyzing, and documenting expenditures in accordance with Federal, State, and International guidelines for HCP’s and Health Care Organizations (HCO).  Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not required.

The candidate should have a college degree; coursework and/or experience in the areas of financial analysis, accounting, information technology, or other quantitative skills is preferred.  Basic experience with MS Excel is essential; experience with other MS software (e.g., Access, Word) is desirable.   The individual should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and work effectively in a team environment.  The candidate must be organized, attentive to detail, and committed to producing high quality work.  He/she must complete work in a timely fashion to meet monthly, quarterly and annual client deadlines. Technical/IT skills are desirable but not required.

The data analyst will report to a team lead or client manager; a training process will be completed during which the data analyst will shadow and work closely with other experienced data analysts.
